How to include your goods in promotional sales Each month, FANY Gastroservis, s.r.o. prepares a leaflet with price cuts. All suppliers can include their goods in it. The leaflet is distributed by mail to all catering facilities in Prague.

General procedure to be followed when participating in promotional sales

1. If you have not participated in any promotional sale before, please contact our Purchase Department to discuss the products to be included, their bargain selling prices, the fee for taking part in the sale and further conditions of your participation.

2. Fill in the form entitled “Agreement on Promotional Sales” for the period of your choice and specify the goods you wish to include in the sale. The form can be downloaded here:

3. Send the filled-out form via E-mail to Purchase Department. Forms are to be sent 30 days before the beginning of a particular promotional sale at the latest! (For example, the form for a sale run between September 1 and September 30 is to be sent by July 31 at the latest)

4. If you want to provide your own graphic material for print, it needs to be sent to our graphic designer Mr. Jaroslav Nosál to j.nosal@fany.cz. The quality of the material must be sufficient for printing. In case of any technical enquires, please contact Mr. Jaroslav Nosál (e-mail: j.nosal@fany.cz) If you decide to let your graphic material be prepared by our company, you need to send samples of products to be photographed to our address 25 days before the beginning of the sale at the latest. Please note that the costs for creating graphic material may increase the fee for participating in the sale.
