Trading conditions

FANY Gastroservis publishes a comprehensive full color catalogue of the products it is offering. The prices in the catalogue are, however, only approximate. For currently valid prices, please visit our E-Shop on E-shop (CZ only) on www.fany.cz, where they are updated every day. All prices of products include the fee for delivery and unloading in a customer’s warehouse.

Option 1

Customers purchase goods for established prices and get a discount in return.

Monthly purchase of goods for the total of CZK (exclusive VAT):

• CZK 50,001 – 75,000 purchase: 1 % discount in return,
• CZK 75,001 – 100,000 purchase: 2 % discount in return,
• CZK 100,001 – 150,000 purchase: 3 % discount in return,
• CZK 150,001 – 250,000 purchase: 4 % discount in return,
• over CZK 250,000 purchase: 5 % discount in return.

Customers can further purchase an unlimited amount of goods for bargain prices advertised in the leaflets and obtain the benefits of the Loyalty program.

Discounts given in return for realized purchases are offered only to our customers from Prague and from the Prague-East and Prague-West regions. Further, the discounts cannot be claimed by customers with bad payment habits.

Option 2

Customers purchase several products of their choice for “individual prices” and the rest of the products for established (regular) prices. If the goods chosen to be purchased for “individual prices” are included in promotional sale, the particular individual prices will be charged even if the prices in the sale are lower. Other products in the sale, however, can be purchased for bargain prices. Customers with individual pricelists cannot enjoy the benefits of the Loyalty Program.

Other terms and conditions:

• Minimal value of goods that will be delivered is CZK 2,500
• Minimal value of goods for bargain prices that will be delivered is CZK 5,000
• Minimal value of frozen products that will be delivered is CZK 1,000
• Minimal value of goods for non-Prague customers that will be delivered is CZK 5,000

Order conditions:

• Orders received after 22 hours could not guarantee delivery in the morning. If you require morning deliveries, please make your order as soon as possible
• Saturday Delivery - Orders are accepted until Friday 11pm. Later orders will be shipped on Sunday.
• Sunday Delivery - Orders are accepted until Saturday 12pm. Later orders will be shipped on Monday.
