The company is closed only for 7 days a year! The remaining 358 days we are here for you, receiving your orders via fax or E-mail or through our E-Shop.
Flexibility
The time between placing an order and delivering the supply that we guarantee beats any competitor in the Czech market - it does not exceed 24 hours! And we strive for more: orders received in the morning (by 12am at the latest) are delivered the very same day!
Prices and Discounts
We guarantee that our prices continue to be favorable. Furthermore, you get a 1% to 5% discount in return for your monthly purchases from our company. We can also offer you individual prices for the goods of your own choice.
Individual Approach
Despite being a big company, we appoint a permanent representative for each of our customers, who is always ready to help when choosing suitable material or other products. All our sales representatives receive continuous education and are regularly trained by our suppliers.

We have prepared a loyalty program for our customers. The credit on your benefit account increases with every purchase you make and in exchange for the points you accumulate you can choose valuable and useful products for your catering facility.
Various Ways of Ordering
Our products can be ordered in various ways. We have extended the operation hours of the Order Department and our telephone operators are there for you to receive your telephone orders. You can also send your orders via Fax or E-mail. The fastest and the most reliable way of ordering is, however, our E-Shop, where you can purchase goods 24 hours a day.

The fact that we provide first-class food service is one of the reasons why we have become a partner of the Prague Regional Team of the Czech Chefs Association, which has been the embodiment of the quality of Czech cuisine in local, European and global competitions.

Strong Partner
Take advantage of cooperating with a strong partner that has a modern warehouse complex with sufficient spaces at its disposal. After delivering your order from our warehouse, the supply will be driven by one of the fifty refrigerator cars or freezers.
HACCP Certificate
All products are stored in compliance with the sanitary code. The company has also the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certificate of compliance. Its internal guidelines are often stricter than the Czech law or the recommendations by the EU.
Charitable Activities
We have been helping to those in need, which is one of the reasons why Fany Gastroservis founded the Etela foundation in 2005. Etela is a public benefit corporation helping to physically or socially challenged people under 18.

E-shop
For several years we run e-shop at www.fany.cz, which allows our customers to quickly and conveniently order 24 hours a day. E-shop always brings the most actual information, including images of individual products. Using templates can rapidly reduce ordering time.
Workshops for our customers
We organize thematic workshops for our customers. There new products can not only see but also taste and possibly consult directly with a representative from the supplier, including technology and detailed recipes.
Presentation Center
We organize seminars at our new presentation center regularly. These seminars are always present in small numbers (max. 15 people) so that the present away as many new experiences and knowledge.
Catalog
We regularly publish a comprehensive, full-color catalog of product, which are carefully categorized into product groups. The catalog includes pictures of all products and also facilitate the search for an alphabetical index.
