Loyalty Program

Rules and conditions for getting the benefits of the Loyalty Program

• For each invoiced CZK 100 (VAT inclusive) 1 point will be credited to a customer’s account.
• Points are counted up every end of a following month after checking payments.
• The points can only be spent for goods from the Loyalty Program catalogue.
• The goods from the catalogue can only be ordered via telephone, when placing a proper order if possible – please, call the Order Department. Operators in the Order Department will also inform you on the current credit on your benefit account.
• The fee for the goods from the Loyalty Program catalogue is CZK 1 per packing plus VAT.
• The goods from the Loyalty Program catalogue can also be purchased for the current selling price.
• Duration of each point is 24 months.

The following customers cannot benefit from the Loyalty Program:

• Customers with individual prices
• Customers with bad payment habits
• Customers outside Prague, Prague-West and Prague-East
• Customers that have stopped cooperating with Fany Gastroservis
