Culinary motto / philosophy:

The main philosophy is probably to cook in the way I can enjoy my work and do not have to be ashamed of it. My motto is not a satisfied guest, but an enthusiastic guest. And of course, I want to use the best raw materials and treat them best. Because bad handling with high-quality raw material can cause bad raw material :-) But now to the point, I just want to cook in the way that something remains behind me. For example, a guest who will walk around the restaurant after one year and say "Here I had a great Beef sirloin with cream sauce!!", that's the proof that he or she remembers something good, I mean good experience :-)

What do you like to cook / the most popular food:

I can not say much about what I like to cook, but if I have to say it, I think it's probably a sauce. Here I think it is very important not only talent but also patience, because every sauce needs its time ...

The most popular meal - that's difficult ... I personally like a dish that is really simple - cooked chicken thigh, jasmine rice and dressed root vegetables. I am used to it since I was doing exercise.

Hobbies

Since I dedicate a lot of my time to work, it is of course cooking, plus sports (martial arts) and fishing

Since childhood I wanted to became a chef, so I got what I wanted ...

Probably Creole cuisine. I miss it a lot because it is very little available in Europe. Sweet-hot Caribbean Jerk Chicken with roasted banana and fruit salsa has no mistake.

Mostly my two little sons and family. I have no time for anything else.

What do you like to cook / the most popular food:

I can not say exactly what I prefer to cook ... I like food that is fast and easy. And mainly from quality and fresh ingredients.

Hobbies

Since most of my time I dedicate to my work... it is cooking. And in the summer it is cycling and in the winter skiing.

I think it is not real philosophy, but I always try to give 100% at work , there is no other way for me. And then, of course, fresh raw materials, seasonal raw materials, simplicity. I point out that simplicity does not mean to simplify something.

What do you like to cook / the most popular food:

I prefer to cook Czech cuisine (at home) and my favourite food is fresh fish.

Hobbies

Since my youth, I have one hobby - fishing. Unfortunately I do not have much time for it now. It is great relax when I need to completely switch off. And I have another hobby - put on my headphones and compose music.
